About Our Childbirth Center

Our secure Childbirth Center has five comfortable, homelike rooms where our new mothers can get the care they need throughout labor, delivery and their hospital stay. We provide a comprehensive range of obstetrical care, and our surgical suite is available for C-section procedures as needed. Many of our skilled and certified nurses have been with us for decades and they always look forward to caring for you and your new baby before, during and after delivery.

If special post-delivery care is needed, your baby will remain in the skilled hands of our OB staff within the security of our nursery, which is located within the Childbirth Center, so you can remain as close to your newborn as possible.

I recently delivered my baby on 2/11/22. It was a c-section and I was so scared. All staff made me feel safe and relaxed as I could be. The delivery went great thanks to dr Dugi and the staff on board. Surgery prep, procedure, epidural, and recovery all went amazingly well. I love Dr Dugi!! And the anesthesiologist was amazing. She took such good care of me during the procedure and made sure I was comfortable, pain free, and stress free. The recovery nurses were amazing!! Shout out to Sam, Jamie, Gabby, and Ariana. I love you guys and learned so much from y’all. From taking care of me and monitoring my pain, to taking care of my baby and teaching me to breast feed. I cannot thank y’all enough. A true heaven sent. Anyone considering delivery at Cuero Hospital, I highly recommend it!!
